Returns / Exchange (including ONE FREE EXCHANGE IN THE UK)
We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price of the goods (not including delivery charge), as long as the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
UK Adini Online customers are also entitled to ONE FREE EXCHANGE per order (UK ONLY).
How to Return:
There is no need to call us when sending us a return. Just fill out the returns form we send you with your original order (also available to download online). Send both your item(s) and the completed returns form to:

How to Exchange:
UK Adini Online customers are entitled to ONE FREE EXCHANGE per order.
To exchange your item simply fill in the returns form sent with your original order, and send the unused item in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Simply address your package to the FREEPOST address below and take it to your local post-office (No stamp required, UK Only):

You will receive your refund or exchange within 2 weeks from posting back the order.
The goods are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. Therefore we recommend obtaining your free certificate of posting from your post-office, as well as ensuring you have sufficient insurance cover, especially when returning valuable items. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost of damaged in transit. We recommend you package items securely. FREEPOST is only offered ONCE PER ORDER, for EXCHANGE ITEM(S) ONLY, for UK customers only.
Abuse of the Freepost address will result in the postage cost being withheld from any refund.
