Search Engine - Adini Online has been designed around a powerful search engine. We recommend that you use this to quickly find both items and areas of the website / Information that you are looking for. The search engine is adaptive, which means that it can guess what you are looking for. For example, if you want to find TER747 Earrings, you could simply type TER into the search engine, and it would give you a list of TER items, including TER747.

You can also use the search engine for finding places in the site such as the RETURNS information page, Mail Order Catalogue Request page, Delivery information and so on. Try it out and you'll soon see how easy it is to find whatever you want.

Payment Methods - We accept ALL major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro / Switch, Solo, AMEX - American Express), as well as Paypal. 

Delivery - We ship throughout the world. We offer 4 methods of shipping:

  1. STANDARD - £5 (FREE FOR UK ORDERS OVER £125) 
  2. PRIORITY - £8 All orders received before 2pm, for next day delivery (Only Next Day for Mainland UK Only)
  3. EU  - £15 (Delivery usually within 10 working days)
  4. Rest of World - £25 (Delivery usually within 10 working days)

How To Place An Order

1. Choose your item

Choose the items that you are looking for. This can be done by browsing the relevant product section list, or by using the search engine built into the store. Simply enter the term you are looking for, then hit the search button icon (the magnifying glass) next to it.

To purchase an item, make sure you are in the "More Details" view of the product, then to add to your basket, click on the "Add to Basket" icon (the shopping cart icon). Please make sure that you select a colour and size option where relevant. A box will appear listing the item to be added to the basket, and its price. Click on the "Add to Basket" button to add it. To add more items, click on "Continue shopping" in the next screen, where you will see a view of your current basket.

All prices are in £GBP and INCLUDE UK VAT.

2. Check your basket contents

At any time you can click on the "Basket" link in the upper section of the site to view its contents, and proceed to the checkout.

3. Place the order

Click on the basket, check the list of products is correct, then click "Checkout". This will take you to summary of your order, and may offer a shipping method selection. If this is all correct, click on "Secure Checkout". This will open up a Globecharge SSL 128 bit encrypted/secure connection for you to enter your billing adress details (you also have the option to ship to an alternate address from the billing address). Each screen will have instructions on how to proceed.

Your billing address is the address to which your credit card is registered. Shipping to an alternative address is dependent on your credit card company, and may not be approved during the payment process.

Click on "Next", and an SSL 128 bit encrypted/secure connection will be opened directly with the renowned PROTX payment system. Enter you credit card information here, and hit "Submit". Successful orders will bring up an Adini Online confirmation page. You will be notified immediately if your transaction was unsuccessful.

4. Order Summary

Once you have filled in all your details and clicked on 'Please process my order', the order summary will be displayed. Please print it for your reference.

5. Confirmation by email

Once your credit card payment has been authorised and your order has been accepted, you will receive confirmation of the order by email.

6. Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK mainland orders by the next working day, but please allow up to five working days for delivery in the UK and eight working days for delivery in the Republic of Ireland, and 10 working days for the EU and Rest of the World. A signature will be required. Deliveries are between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Monday - Friday. We also offer Priority Next Day Delivery (£8) - UK Mainland Only.
